Yes. You will not be handed off to a project manager. From the first conversation through the final walkthrough, you work directly with Dean. This creates clearer communication, faster decisions, and stronger accountability throughout the entire process.

We establish a clear, realistic budget before construction begins and communicate openly about costs from day one. If changes are requested, we review pricing and timeline impacts upfront and document everything in a written change order before moving forward. No surprises. No hidden costs.

You will receive regular updates throughout the build — weekly at minimum, and often more frequently depending on the stage of the project. You will always know what is happening, what is coming next, and where things stand.

Our process is built around transparency, organization, and personal involvement. Clients work directly with the builder, receive consistent communication, get honest timelines, and experience a process designed to be enjoyable, not stressful.

We welcome collaboration and understand that ideas evolve. When changes come up, we discuss them directly with you, review any cost or schedule adjustments, and document everything in a written change order. Work only proceeds after you approve it in writing — so expectations stay clear.

Every home includes a 10-year structural warranty and a 1-year systems warranty. We stand behind our work and remain available to our clients long after move-in.
